Meditation Cushions LOTUS ENLIGHTENMENT  

Our beautiful Limited Edition and one-of-a-kind meditation cushions are crafted from rare find out-of-print 100% cotton fabrics, some detailed with shimmering gold metallic highlights, from various fabric designer collections. Solid color fabrics are silk blends.

The covers of both the zabuton floor cushions and the zafu meditation cushions zip off for dry cleaning if necessary. A zipper in the canvas insert of the zafus allows one to adjust the clean organic buckwheat fill to one's desired firmness. Zafus measure 15" in diameter. Loft varies with the cushion style. Zabuton floor mats are filled with tufted natural organic kapok and measure 34” x 30” x 6” thick

The lotus, rooted deep in the mud at the bottom of the pond, rises up through the murky water and opens in the sunlight, beautiful and fragrant. In Buddhism the lotus represents the True nature of all beings, who rise through samsara (earthly life) into the beauty and clarity of enlightenment.
