Round zafu meditation cushions are filled with clean organic buckwheat hulls that can be adjusted to your desired firmness through a small zipper in the cushion insert. Combination fill zafus are filled with buckwheat hulls on one side and natural organic kapok on the other. Zabuton meditation floor mats are filled with plush tufted organic kapok.
