The folding meditation bench or kneeling "seiza" is perfect for travel, meditation retreats and use at home. The folding legs are curved at the bottom and adjust to place the body in the best anatomical position to support your meditation practice. The meditation bench, which is crafted from renewable mango hard wood, measures 18" long x 7.75" wide x 7.25" high.
The meditation bench cushion, with silkscreen sacred symbol in gold on premium silk-blend fabric, has 100% natural organic kapok filling in the inner shell which provides a comfortable yet supportive cushion for your kneeling meditation practice. Measures 18"x 8" x 1.5" thick.

I love this bench. It's well built and attractive. You can use it for meditation but it's also super comfortable just for sitting on. We put ours by the fire place and everyone in the family loves it. The cushion is pretty and soft to sit on. Highly recommended.
