Our meditation bench or kneeling "Seiza" is designed to provide outstanding support for those who prefer the traditional Zen kneeling meditation posture. The meditation bench, which is 6.75" high (front) and 7.75 high (back) x 8" wide x 18" long, can be used with or without a cushion.

These beautiful meditation bench cushions, fashioned in premium "Global Weave" and "Global Ikat" silk-blend fabric, add yet another layer of comfort to the seiza benches. The bench cushion's 100% natural organic kapok filling provides an excellent support for your kneeling meditation practice.

The bench cushion straps on with Velcro under the bench to prevent slipping. The cushion cover can be zipped off for dry cleaning, if necessary. Measures 18" x 8" x 1.5" high.
