Our meditation bench or kneeling "Seiza" is designed to provide outstanding support for those who prefer the traditional Zen kneeling meditation posture. The meditation bench, which is 6.75" high (front) and 7.75 high (back) x 8" wide x 18" long, can be used with or without a cushion.

The beautiful meditation bench cushions, with sacred symbols silk screened in gold on quality purple silk-blend fabric, add yet another layer of comfort to the meditation benches. The bench cushion's 100% natural organic kapok filling in the inner shell provides an excellent support for your kneeling meditation practice.

The meditation bench cushion straps on with Velcro under the bench to prevent slipping. The meditation bench pad cover can be zipped off for dry cleaning, if necessary. Measures 18" x 8" x 1.5" high.
