The folding meditation bench or kneeling "seiza" is perfect for travel, meditation retreats and use at home. The folding legs are curved at the bottom and adjust to place the body in the best anatomical position to support your meditation practice. The meditation bench, which is crafted from renewable mango hard wood, measures 18" long x 7.75" wide x 7.25" high.

The meditation bench cushion, crafted with a beautiful 'Global Weave" silk-blend fabric, has 100% natural organic kapok filling which provides a comfortable yet supportive cushion for your kneeling meditation practice. Measures 18"x 8" x 1.5" high.
