Meditation cushion zafu, with Japaneses Wood Block Print of white irises on a blue background, is crafted in 100% organic cotton fabric to provide soft, supple comfort and excellent support for one's sitting meditation practice.

The meditation cushion is filled with clean domestic organic buckwheat hulls that can be adjusted to one's desired firmness through a small zipper in the cushion's inner liner.

The sewn-in carry handle on the cover makes transport easy. The meditation cushion pillow measures 15" in diameter with a 6" loft and weighs approx. 5.0 Lbs. The beautiful cotton cover zips off and is machine washable.
