his meditation cushion combination is an ideal support for your sitting meditation practice. The rectangular zafu meditation cushion, with "Longevity" symbol for long life silk-screened in gold on quality black silk-blend fabric, has a combination of filling to provide one of the most comfortable meditation seats available. One side of the inner cushion is filled with firm natural kapok and the other side with comfortable organic buckwheat hulls. It is like having two types of cushions in a single zafu.

The rectangular zafu cover has a sewn-in carry handle and zips off for dry cleaning. The higher seat zafu is the perfect choice for both daily sitting and long meditation retreats. 18" x 12" x 8" loft.
