This meditation cushion zafu and zabuton combination is an ideal for your sitting meditation practice. The zafu meditation cushion, with silkscreen "Om in the Heart of the Lotus" or "Om Universe" in gold on premium royal blue fabric, has a combination of filling that provides one of the most comfortable and versatile meditation seats available. One side of the inner 100% organic cotton canvas cushion is filled with firm natural kapok and the other side with comfortable organic buckwheat hulls that can be adjusted through a small zipper in the liner. It is like having two types of meditation cushions in a single meditation pillow.

The meditation cushion cover has a handy sewn-in carry handle and zips off for dry cleaning if necessary. The higher seat zafu is the perfect choice for both daily sitting and long meditation retreats. 14" in dia. with a 7." loft.
