The combination fill zafu meditation cushion, crafted in beautiful blue silk-blend "Global Pattern" has a combination of filling to provide one of the most comfortable meditation seats available. One side of the inner cushion is filled with firm natural kapok and the other side with comfortable organic buckwheat hulls that can be easily adjusted through a small zipper in the inner cushion. It is like having two types of cushions in a single Zafu.
