Meditation Cushion Zafu - Limited Edition - Empress Garden Collection - Pink Lotus - Purple

This beautiful zafu meditation cushion with pink lotus, is crafted from a rare find out-of-print 100% cotton fabric from Kona Bay Designs' "Empre Garden Collection." The solid color purple fabric is a premium silk/rayon blend.

The cover zips off through a hidden zipper in the cover for dry cleaning if necessary. A small zipper in the cotton canvas insert allows one to adjust the clean organic buckwheat hull filling to an one's preferred firmness and support. The meditation cushion measures 15" in diameter with a 6” loft.

The lotus, Buddha's flower, rooted deep in the mud at the bottom of the pond, rises up through the murky water and opens in the sunlight, beautiful and fragrant. In Buddhism the lotus represents the True nature of all beings, who rise through samsara (earthly life) into the beauty and clarity of enlightenment.
