We have taken our folding tatami mats a step farther by padding the mat with a foam sheet, trimming and backing it with durable fabric and adding a matching tatami carry case. Like our other tatami mats, they are essentially a one-of-a-kind work of art. Tatami grass has been expertly tie-dyed and hand-woven in unique Thai Ikat patterns.

The tatami meditation floor mats are perfect for use on the floor to define your sacred space or meditation area or makes a comfortable zabuton meditation floor cushion. Our mats have been designed for low impact living. Not only has the sustainable tatami grass been organically grown (without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides), but the dyes used are all natural pigments found in roots, leaves,flowers and berries. There are no two padded tatami mats exactly alike. The tatami meditation floor mat measures approximately 40" wide x 72" long.
