The matching meditation cushion zafu has a sewn-in carry handle for easy transport. Each zafu is filled with organic buckwheat hulls that can be adjusted to your desired firmness through a zipper in the inner liner. Measures 15" dia, 6" loft, weighs 5.0-5.5 lbs..
