Filled with clean organic buckwheat hulls on one side and natural kapok on the other, the combination fill zafu provides a versatile seat that can be used on either side depending on one's desired firmness and support. The cover zips off for dry cleaning. A small zipper in the cotton canvas insert allows one to adjust the buckwheat fill side to one's desired firmness and support. Measures 14" in diameter with a 7.5” loft.
